- A cheetah running all-out can reach speeds of more than 100 kilometers per hour. Female cheetahs mainly rely on this speed when persuing prey. Male cheetahs, on the other hand, use their muscular strength and power when hunting. This program closely follows a pair of male cheetahs in the day and at night in the Serengeti Plains of Africa, lifting the veil on cheetah behavior. Their unique nocturnal activities and the strong bonds they make to survive in the savanna are explored -- in addition to their interactions with females. The audience is taken behind the scenes into the unknown lives of the male cheetahs.
