Arjin: Tibetan Secret Land

China's Arjin Reserve -- "arjin" means gold in Uighur -- located at the northern edge of the Tibetan Plateau is China's largest nature preserve and one of the least explored regions in the world. Only several families of nomads live in the vast area. Closed to foreigners until only recently, few have seen the region's huge spring gushing up from the desert, rare animals and their habitats. This is the first footage of these intriguing sights as well as the mystical mountain guarded by glacier, and much more of this "golden" region.
