- Some of the 70,000 inhabitants of Minamisoma in Fukushima Prefecture, which has become "the town closest to the nuclear power plant," stayed even after the accident. One year later, at first glance peace seems to have returned to the town. Over 100 hours of footage taken throughout the year express the thoughts of individuals forced to face the countless unexpected events that have befallen them since March 11th. The program vividly depicts the tragedy and reality that suddenly hit the residents of Minamisoma as they were leading ordinary lives right next to the nuclear power plant that caused the accident.
