Mega Corporation vs. State Sovereignty

The growing power of multi-national corporations has eroded some governments' economies. After years of court battles with an U.S. oil corporation, Ecuador is now facing risk of default. Many more examples follow. There have been 700 known lawsuits brought by corporations against governments. While some governments are seeing their sovereignty vanishing away, some entrepreneurs are now seeking for the establishment of autonomous communities outside of state boundaries. Capitalism is no longer controlled by the state. But then, where is it headed for?
