Two Chefs: A Story of Rivalry and Friendship

Synopsis
Gaining international attention, Toru Okuda and Seiji Yamamoto are two of Japan's top chefs. Okuda's restaurant was awarded three stars by Michelin, and Yamamoto's was the first Japanese restaurant selected among San Pellegrino's "World's 50 Best Restaurants." Although they trained at the same restaurant, their basic styles could not be more different: Yamamoto the daring innovator versus Okuda the staunch traditionalist. As friendly rivals, the two sample each other's dishes, and have a soulful discussion about the taste, texture, and preparation of food that shows their passion for Japanese cuisine.
